Our commitments to our partners

Our policy is simple: we bring you customers without ever putting you at risk.

Free and non-exclusive

No sign-up fees, no subscription, no exclusivity. You remain entirely free to use your other sales channels: ESIFly brings you customers — it never ties you down.

You stay in control

Every booking starts as a simple request: you accept, suggest other time slots or decline. Nothing is confirmed without your agreement, and you are the one who sets and approves your prices.

Secure payment before the flight

The customer pays for their booking in full before the flight. When the passenger arrives for departure, the service has already been paid for in full: you never fly on credit.

100% of your price paid out to you

The price you approve is paid out to you in full. Our commission is added on top of the price the customer pays — it is never deducted from your share.

Fast payout after the flight

On the day of the flight, the customer shows you their flight code: a simple scan validates the service and triggers your payout, by SEPA transfer or to your payment account.

Zero technical integration

Everything happens by email via secure links: no software to install, no calendar to sync, no account required to respond to requests.

From request to payout, step by step

Air carriers and professional operators: here is exactly what happens, from the first request to your payout.
1

The customer sends a booking request

You receive by email the requested dates (with alternatives), the number of passengers and their weights. No payment has been committed yet: you never block a time slot for nothing.

2

You respond in one click

From the secure link in the email: accept a time slot, suggest others, specify your price (per passenger or for a private flight) or decline. The exchange continues until you reach an agreement.

3

The customer pays to confirm

Once you agree, the customer pays the full amount within 72 hours. If no payment is made within that time, the slot is automatically released and you are notified: your schedule stays clean.

4

Final confirmation the day before the flight

One day before the flight, we ask you for a final status: either everything is on track, or you propose a reschedule (weather, technical issue, etc.) — the customer's payment is retained, with nothing more to pay.

5

On the day of the flight, validate the customer's code

The customer presents their flight QR code. Scanning it (or entering the code) confirms that the service actually took place: it is the proof of completion that protects both parties.

6

You get paid

Validating the flight triggers the payout of your share, by SEPA transfer or via your payment account. The complete history of your flights and payouts remains available in your dashboard.

The customer's payment is collected by ESIFly, which holds it securely until the flight: your payout is guaranteed as soon as the service is validated. If you have any questions, our team can be reached at contact@esifly.fr.

Your questions, our answers

Answers to the questions our partners ask us most often before getting started.
How much does the partnership cost?

Nothing. Signing up, publishing your activities and promoting them are free. We only earn money when a flight actually takes place: our commission is added to the customer's price, never deducted from yours.

When and how do I get paid?

As soon as the flight is validated (by scanning the customer's flight code on the day), your payout is triggered: a SEPA transfer to your bank account or a payment to your payment account. You can view the history of all your payouts in your partner dashboard — and even flights completed before you created your account appear there, linked to your email address.

Who sets the prices?

You, and only you. At the first request, you confirm your price (per passenger or for the full private flight). Once the agreement is reached, that price is locked in: neither rescheduling the flight nor any other step can change it.

What happens if the customer doesn't pay?

The accepted time slot is held for 72 hours. The customer receives automatic reminders with their deadline; without payment, the request expires automatically, the slot is released and you receive a notification. You are never left stuck with a ghost booking.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel a flight?

Up until the day before the flight, you can propose new dates from the same email link (weather, technical constraint, etc.). The customer's payment remains fully secured: they simply choose a new time slot, with nothing more to pay, and your payout follows the completed flight.

What happens if the customer doesn't show up?

The customer's payment is already collected before the flight. In the event of a no-show without a cancellation compliant with our Terms and Conditions, the service is still owed to you: contact us and the flight can be validated to trigger your payout.

Do I need to create an account to get started?

No. You can respond to requests, negotiate time slots and get paid using only the secure links you receive by email. A partner account brings extra benefits: managing your listings, and viewing your flight and payout history — your entire history will be waiting for you the day you create it.

What about private pilots offering cost-sharing flights?

The same philosophy applies to cost sharing: passengers pay online via our licensed payment provider, the funds are secured before the flight, and your share of the costs is paid out to you after the flight, in compliance with the European regulatory framework for cost-sharing flights.
